Register as a Provider
Before a provider can receive payment from Violent Crimes Compensation Board (VCCB), the provider must register as a “vendor” with the State of Alaska and the product or service must have been approved by VCCB.
Become a Vendor
You can register as a vendor on the State of Alaska Vendor Self-Service site OR send the following information in to vccb@alaska.gov.
A current, signed Substitute W9 must be sent in with an explanation of what service is seeking compensation. Please include the claim number or another form of reference.
Include a copy of your license, if applicable. Allowable payments may be dependent on licensing.

Once you receive a “vendor number” contact our office and let us know so we can issue a payment.
